Step 1: 

Review the full list of CCA programs that are available for your child on PowerSchool. You can find the best fit by filtering different fields at the top of the table.  

• We suggest you do this prior to the Online Registration Period so you can easily navigate the system once registration opens. 

Step 2: 

Once you have selected the program you would like to enroll your child in, click on the particular program on the Transition Schedule. 

Step 3: 

Go to the PowerSchool system to register the CCA when the CCA online registration opens. 

Please ensure that you register for activities when the online registration system is open as we cannot guarantee late registration will be accepted. 

Payment is made by parents during online registration through PayPal. Student registration is not complete unless payment is received.

10% of the course fee will be charged as an administrative fee if a confirmed activity is canceled or changes to classes are made during the online registration period. Please ensure the activity selection is correct, as The ISF Academy will not be responsible for any data entry error.

All payments are non-refundable after the closure of the online registration.

Parents can check your child’s CCA schedule by visiting the ISF PowerSchool under the student timetable and view your CCA enrollment record.

Parents will be notified by email if a CCA is canceled. Under no circumstances will the course fee be refunded if the CCA is canceled due to advise from our external risk assessor (ISOS) or school closure.

No make-up lesson is available.

Class time includes classroom transition time.
